Yes, they use qPCR and high resolution melting analysis (HRMA) to test for plant pathogens, bee viruses and other primary industry issues, as well as sequencing for bacteria and fungi identification. dnature also develop research and diagnostic qPCR assays for other laboratories as well as themselves - SYBR, hydrolysis probe, HRMA and multiplex designs.
